Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. Grant of License: a. The purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images purchased (the "Images") in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

2. Usage Restrictions: a. The Licensee agrees not to use the Images in any manner that is inconsistent with the values, principles, and guidelines set forth by the content creator (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor"). b. The Images shall not be used in connection with any content, products, or services that promote discrimination, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or any other activities that contradict the values and principles upheld by the Licensor.

3. Prohibited Uses: a. The Licensee shall not sublicense, sell, share, or distribute the Images to any third party without the explicit written consent of the Licensor. b. The Licensee shall not modify, alter, or manipulate the Images in any way that may distort the original intent or meaning of the content.

4. Attribution: a. The Licensee agrees to provide appropriate attribution to the Licensor wherever the Images are used, in a format specified by the Licensor.

5. Termination: a. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license granted herein if the Licensee violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

6. Miscellaneous: a. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
